Mother-in-law Quarters

This was such an enjoyable project to work on. We added on approx 20' to an existing garage and made the existing garage into living quarters complete with sitting room, kitchen and bath - all wheelchair accessible. The owner of the new quarters moved in with her daughter but still wanted to maintain her privacy as well as respect that of her daughter. She had an extensive art collection from out west and the finished project made for an excellent backdrop to her pieces.

This is a small house on the East side of Indianapolis where we installed vinyl siding. There was a whole lot less of us then and a lot more hair.

Brownsburg Addition - kitchen and porch

This is an addition on the backside of existing house. Inside is a new kitchen with cabinets built by Graber Woodworking in southern Indiana and installed by Jeff Rader Enterprises, Inc. The porch section is now enclosed with screen and the homeowners spend most of their free time there is the summer months.

Greenwood Remodel

We have done several projects for this family over the last 6 years. We resided the exterior with cement board from James Hardie. The new stone patio allowed the homeowners a place for their grilling needs. The kitchen received new cabinets and flooring but we stayed with the same configuration.
